I am looking for a person to relet my room at Park West for 10 months ($840/mo.)

It is a three bedroom, three bathroom apartments located across EB Cushing Stadium. You will be sharing a kitchen and a living room with a roommate.

[The room is fully furnished including full size beds. High-speed internet, cable and utilities are included in rent.

Grocery store is within 3-minute walk, and there are three buses available to the main campus (Routes 08, 35, 40).

This is a 10 months contract (Aug 12, 2023 - May 19, 2024).

Reletting process will include you, me, and the landlord (Park West staff).
